Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or replacements if the product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective (not working properly)

If your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos
  • A short video showing the issue

This helps us verify the problem quickly and assist you faster.

Replacement or Refund

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If the product is confirmed damaged/defective, we will first send a replacement item at no extra cost.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
